The Chef
Marc Silvestre
Marc Silvestre is the Executive Chef at Dr. Wine BGC, where he leads the kitchen with precision, creativity, and a deep respect for ingredients. Originally from L’Escala on Spain’s Costa Brava, he honed his craft in renowned kitchens such as El Celler de Can Roca and Meadowood in Napa Valley.
His cooking blends classic French technique with Spanish influences, shaped by seasonal produce and personal experience. At Dr. Wine BGC, Marc brings this perspective to a menu that values balance, craftsmanship, and a thoughtful connection to the origins of each ingredient.
